BREAKING NEWS: OZZY OSBOURNE DIES

Ozzy Osbourne has died at the age of 76, surrounded by his loved ones, according to a statement from his family. The Prince of Darkness wasn’t just a rock icon, he was a reality TV pioneer, cultural force, and proud father. Just weeks ago, Ozzy gave fans a final farewell performance at Villa Park in Birmingham, marking the end of an iconic era.
Congress Ducks Epstein Vote, Lawmakers Take Vacation

In a moment that's nearly impossible to believe, Republican leaders are sending members of Congress home early for a month-long recess as the Jeffrey Epstein scandal paralyzes Capitol Hill.
The decision to start summer recess ahead of schedule came this morning after Republicans lost control of the House floor amid intense bipartisan pressure to hold a vote on releasing documents related to Epstein.
A good breakdown of what happened is here.
But Wait, There’s More…
Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche posted on social media this morning that he's planning to meet with Ghislaine Maxwell, Jeffrey Epstein's associate and convicted sex trafficker. Maxwell's lawyer confirmed they're currently in talks and is grateful to President Trump for “uncovering the truth in this case”.
Justice demands courage. For the first time, the Department of Justice is reaching out to Ghislaine Maxwell to ask: what do you know? At @AGPamBondi’s direction, I’ve contacted her counsel. I intend to meet with her soon. No one is above the law—and no lead is off-limits.

Maxwell Subpoena Approved
In a surprising bipartisan move today, a House Oversight subcommittee unanimously approved a motion directing GOP Committee Chair James Comer to subpoena Maxwell.
And There’s Trump…
In the latest attempt to distract and deflect from his relationship with Epstein, President Trump accused former President Obama of treason this morning at the White Hosue. Critics say Trump is using these inflammatory (and false) accusations to distract attention from the Epstein scandal and rewrite the narrative around Russia's interference in the 2016 election.
Trump declares that Obama is guilty of treason: Barack Hussain Obama, have you heard of him? He is guilty. It’s not a question. This was treason.

The Bottom Line…
Congress is effectively shutting down for four weeks, not to address urgent issues like inflation or immigration, but to dodge a vote on the Epstein documents.
And the one Republican lawmaker who tried to get his GOP colleagues to vote on the Epstein issue so Congress could get back to work on essential problems, is now facing harsh attacks from President Trump and his party.
I introduced the only binding congressional legislation to release the Epstein files and already have 20 sponsors. In return, the attacks on me intensified.
As you can guess I’m not backing down, I’m fighting, but I need your support to stay in the ring: secure.thomasmassie.com/donate

SoCal Marines Help Free Their Father From ICE Custody

Barranco Family
Some encouraging news in the wave of immigration crackdowns sweeping Southern California. Narciso Barranco, a 48-year-old landscaper from Tustin, was beaten and detained by ICE agents while working a job in Santa Ana last month.
What ICE didn’t know? His three sons are U.S. Marines.
The Barranco brothers launched a relentless campaign to get their father, who had no criminal record, released. And it worked, for now. He’s out on bond, but the family’s fight underscores how broken and brutal the immigration system has become.

Big investors are buying this “unlisted” stock
When the founder who sold his last company to Zillow for $120M starts a new venture, people notice. That’s why the same VCs who backed Uber, Venmo, and eBay also invested in Pacaso.
Disrupting the real estate industry once again, Pacaso’s streamlined platform offers co-ownership of premier properties, revamping the $1.3T vacation home market.
And it works. By handing keys to 2,000+ happy homeowners, Pacaso has already made $110M+ in gross profits in their operating history.
Now, after 41% YoY gross profit growth last year alone, they recently reserved the Nasdaq ticker PCSO.
