Trump, Epstein, and a Nude Sketch: A Political Firestorm Ignites
With lawsuit threats flying, a salacious letter making headlines, and Jeffrey Epstein’s name back in the spotlight, President Donald Trump may be facing one of the most politically explosive controversies of his presidency—again.
According to a bombshell Wall Street Journal report, a 2003 birthday note allegedly from Trump to Epstein was uncovered during one of several raids of Epstein’s properties. The Journal did not print the actual letter but instead described it in detail:
A sketch of a naked woman
A pair of small breasts
A “Donald” signature scribbled in place of pubic hair
And the line: “Happy Birthday — and may every day be another wonderful secret.”
Trump Threatens Lawsuit
Trump has denied everything, telling the Journal: “I never wrote a picture in my life. I don’t draw pictures of women. It’s not my language. It’s not my words.”
Trump has now threatened to sue the Journal and its owner, Rupert Murdoch, calling the story “fake” and politically motivated.
But the bigger question tonight: why did Rupert Murdoch—once a Trump ally—let it run? Especially after Trump just scored settlements from ABC and CBS.
Trump said he’s directed Attorney General Pam Bondi to release “any and all pertinent Grand Jury testimony, subject to Court approval.”
Bondi followed up on X, confirming she’ll do it tomorrow (Friday).
"Based on the ridiculous amount of publicity given to Jeffrey Epstein, I have asked Attorney General Pam Bondi to produce any and all pertinent Grand Jury testimony, subject to Court approval. This SCAM, perpetuated by the Democrats, should end, right now!" - President Donald J.

Governor Newsom Enters the Chat
And never one to miss a headline, Governor Gavin Newsom waded into the chaos, mocking Trump’s denial by posting on X: “I never wrote a picture in my life…” alongside an old article showing a Trump-drawn sketch from years prior.

CBS Axes Late Night, Just Days After Colbert Calls Out Trump Deal
CBS has abruptly canceled its iconic Late Night franchise after a historic 30-year run. The move comes after Late Show host Stephen Colbert slammed CBS’s parent company, Paramount, for its controversial $16 million settlement with Donald Trump, a deal critics have called hush money to avoid further litigation.
Stephen Colbert confirmed the shocking news on Thursday night’s Late Show, telling viewers: "I'm not being replaced. This is all just going away." Colbert admitted he only learned of the network’s decision Wednesday, leaving fans stunned by the sudden news.
But CBS insists the cancellation was for “financial reasons,” claiming politics played no role.
Yet, the timing is odd, especially given this: Colbert is still the #1 show in late night among the coveted 18–49 demo, consistently beating out both Jimmy Kimmel Live! on ABC and The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on NBC.

Trump Taps Medicaid Records for Deportation Push
The Trump administration reportedly is planning to share the personal information of up to 79 million Medicaid enrollees with ICE.
👉What We Know
This deal was first reported by the Associated Press.
The Department of Homeland Security has said it’s part of an “initiative” to prevent undocumented immigrants from accessing benefits.
ICE could get access to the social security numbers, home addresses, and ethnicities of U.S. citizens and legal residents.
Undocumented immigrants are already barred from regular Medicaid.
But emergency Medicaid, often used after accidents or critical illness, must be offered to all, regardless of immigration status.
👉What’s Next
Among those challenging the policy is California Attorney General Rob Bonta, who describes it as “reckless and unprecedented”.
A hearing is set for August 7.
