Trump Says Epstein “Stole” Young Women from Mar-a-Lago, Including Virginia Giuffre

In a stunning new twist, President Trump told reporters that Jeffrey Epstein “stole” young women from his Mar-a-Lago beach club spa decades ago, including Virginia Giuffre, one of Epstein’s most vocal accusers.

Trump’s remark confirms what had long been rumored: that then 16-year-old Giuffre worked at Mar-a-Lago before being recruited by Epstein. Take a listen:

What We Didn’t Know — Until Now:

  • Virginia Giuffre has accused Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell of trafficking her to high-profile men, including Prince Andrew.

  • She has long said she met Maxwell while working at Mar-a-Lago but this is the first time Trump himself confirmed her employment and recruitment.

  • The comment comes as Trump continues to voluntarily bring up Epstein in interviews, fueling renewed media scrutiny and speculation.

Maxwell to Congress: Grant Immunity or I Plead the Fifth

In a surprising development, Ghislaine Maxwell has offered to testify before Congress about her involvement in the Jeffrey Epstein case but only if a list of extraordinary demands is met. Her legal team sent the House Oversight Committee a letter outlining several conditions.

  Maxwell’s Demands:

  • Full immunity from prosecution

  • No prison-based interview: Must occur outside of the correctional facility

  • All questions in advance: No surprises allowed

  • Delay until legal appeals are resolved: Must wait for her Supreme Court petition and a forthcoming habeas petition to play out

  • Conditions not met? She will invoke the Fifth Amendment

Final Twist: She Wants Trump to Step In

The letter closes with a direct appeal to President Donald Trump for clemency.

“If President Trump were to pardon Maxwell or commute her sentence she would be willing—and eager—to testify openly and honestly, in public, before Congress in Washington, D.C."

What’s Next?

A spokesperson for the House Oversight Committee said lawmakers will repond to Maxwell’s attorney soon but they will NOT give her immunity in exchange for her testimony.

California’s ROI on Suing Trump? “Incredible,” Says AG Bonta

Six months after Governor Newsom faced backlash for proposing a $25 million legal fund to fight the Trump administration in court, State Democratic leaders say they are delivering results for the Golden State.

Six months into Trumps Presidency:

  • California has filed 35 lawsuits against the federal government

  • $5 million spent so far from the fund

  • The state has protected $170 billion in federal funds via court injunctions

  •  California AG Rob Bonta calls it “One of the most incredible returns on investment in California.”

Latest Case: Data Privacy for Low-Income Families

On Monday, California sued the Trump administration for what it calls a privacy violation targeting families on SNAP benefits (which help millions buy groceries). Bonta says the administration’s attempt to access personal data is unconstitutional and could jeopardize aid access for millions.
